STAY FOCUSED

Staying focused is important not only in sport but also in your personal or professional life. Whatever you do and you want to be good at it you must STAY FOCUSED to achieve the desired results or that you can be satisfied and fulfilled with what you are doing. Not always will be the journey simple, lot of people will fail when they cannot get something right they start a new thing without finishing the old one so they can achieve the success in something else. You must endure and persevere in what you’ve already begun, because when you are constantly looking for something else you can do it forever.

So when you want to be the fastest player on the court, pay attention to sprints, dynamics and to do that, you have to study, get advice from experts how to improve your dynamics, how to improve your speed of reaction, what should you do in training, how to work out in a gym, how to correctly regenerate, what to eat so you can achieve the best possible results. But when you think that it will go just in a day or two , month, year you are mistaken. To somebody it take several years to get to the desired level. That’s why at the beginning I mentioned, we should hold on to what we want to be and if we do our maximum the desired level will come sooner or later. You can write down your progression, measure the time, record yourself with the camera and you will see the progress which you are doing and believe that it will push you forward. When you will work hard on yourself and after a month you tell to yourself, I don´t run like Usain Bolt and you stop working on yourself and start to make excuses how you cannot do it, my legs hurt, I am tired today, I had enough at school today, it rains today and so on.

You should always give yourself a question how can you do it and not how you can´t. Be honest, how many times have you started with something and after a month or two you stopped when the enthusiasm dropped and you didn´t achieve your desired goals. Do you think that when Micheal Jordan heard from one coach that he will never achieve anything he stopped ? It made him work even harder and I don´t have to tell you how it all ended, I think that everybody knows who Michael Jordan is (Basketball living legend). You have to work hard until the desired performance occurs. Of course you should have real goals but it is said that there is no limit. Everybody is able to overcome himself and also his maximum.

When you train two times a day and you think you cannot do more for it, you are mistaken. It is needed to read and watch videos of the best ones, it is needed to study the literature about technique, about eating healthy, so we can achieve the best results. You have to copy the best ones, so you can move forward. Always learn from the best. Only like that you can move forward. Proven technology and training process that works might make you move on. Time goes forward, so it is needed constantly to educate, so you can achieve the best results
